ADIGE BLM TS72 automatic circular sawing machine

ADIGE BLM TS72 automatic circular sawing machine was built in 2020 in Italy by BLM Group. The machine, designed for precision machining of bars, tubes and profiles, is an excellent choice for any industrial plant. This is because the technical solutions used enable maximum material utilisation by fully automatic cutting of up to four workpieces of different lengths from a single piece. The machining process is performed by means of a cutting disc with twin clamps material clamps on either side of the saw blade. During the return movement, both the cutting disc and the clamps detach from the material to prevent unnecessary wear. At the very end, the edges of tubes and profiles are smoothed by a special ADIGE ST662 device. The ADIGE BLM TS 72 circular sawing machine on offer also features a feeder, which allows more than one material (bundle) to be automatically loaded into the workspace, without the use of special devices.
