Handmade die cut greetings card: She’ll be coming round the mountain

Description A little confession: I’ve been selling this handmade greetings card design at craft fairs for at least six months, but I totally forgot to add it to the website – oops! �� This is a multi-layered handmade greetings card, which is blank for your own message. The first layer has trees and a deer in deepest purple cardstock. Layer two has trees and a log cabin die cut into bright violet cardstock. The third layer has even more trees, die cut into a different purply shade of card. Then comes layer four – mountains which have been cut into lilac card. And behind the mountains sits layer five, which features a crescent moon and a sprinkling of stars, cut out to reveal the white card behind. Please note that the colour of the ‘sky’ layer will vary from one card to the next, depending on the cardstock I have available at the time. It will usually be an ombre effect card reminiscent of that colour the sky goes just after sunset when the moon comes out – so, orange into purple, or pink into dark blue, something like that. Finally, there is a ‘frame’ around the entire picture, die cut into yet another shade of purple cardstock. This is a large handmade greetings card, measuring 5×7 inches. It’s supplied with a matching white envelope, and presented in a cellophane bag for protection.
