Handmade greetings card: “Die cut and embossed hearts and flowers”

Description This is one of my absolute favourite card designs at the moment – it’s simple yet intricate at the same time, minimalist with splashes of sparkling colour. This A6 greetings card – which is blank for your own message – features an embossed and die cut hearts and flowers design on bright white card (sadly the photo makes it look a bit grey – trust me on this, it’s bright white!) Behind each of the die cut spaces I’ve affixed small pieces of iridescent coloured paper which shimmer in the light. This is a very pleasingly tactile greetings card which I think is nice enough to frame. I know that probably sounds weird, but I’m sure I’m not the only person who buys greetings cards specifically for framing and hanging on the wall – a customer at a craft fair recently bought one of these cards from me specifically for this purpose, so perhaps I’m not as rare a breed in this respect as you might think! The card measures 10.5 x 14.8cm and is supplied with a matching white envelope.
